1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of scalemyincome.com and any training, masterclass, consultation, or content offered through it. The site is owned and operated by The Brenes Agency, Inc, a California corporation doing business as Scale My Income ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or registering for anything on it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use this site or register for our training.

3. What We Offer

Through this site we offer registration for a free live educational masterclass delivered on Zoom, related educational content, and the ability to book a one-on-one conversation with us. Everything offered here is educational and informational in nature.

4. No Employment or Agency Relationship

Registering for our training, attending it, or speaking with us does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or advisory relationship of any kind. Agents who later qualify and choose to affiliate with us do so as independent contractors, not employees. Independent agents are solely responsible for their own licensing, errors and omissions coverage, lead purchases, taxes, and all other business expenses.

5. Earnings Disclaimer

Individual results are not typical and are not guaranteed. Your results will depend entirely on your own capacity, work ethic, business skills, experience, level of motivation, diligence in applying what is taught, licensing status, lead investment, market conditions, and the normal and unforeseen risks of doing business. Any statistics or market data referenced are drawn from publicly available third-party industry reports and are provided for educational context only.

6. Not Professional Advice

The content on this site and in our training is for general educational and informational purposes. It is not financial, legal, tax, accounting, or insurance advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any insurance or financial product. 7. Licensing

Selling life insurance requires a state license. We do not provide licensing, and registering for our training does not license you. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any license required in the states where you intend to do business, and for complying with all applicable insurance regulations.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, video, audio, course materials, and the Rule of 5™ system and name, is owned by The Brenes Agency, Inc or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, record, resell, or distribute it, or create derivative works from it, without our prior written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Record, rebroadcast, or redistribute any live training without written permission
• Use the site or our training for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false information or register on someone else's behalf without their permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems, or other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the site, including through automated scraping or attacks
• Harass, abuse, or harm other participants or our staff

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for conduct that violates these terms.

10. Communications

By registering, you agree to receive transactional messages about your registration by email and text message. Marketing messages are sent only where you have given consent. You may reply STOP to any text to opt out, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Third-Party Platforms

This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, or Zoom. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party platforms used to deliver or promote our training.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

This site and all content and training are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any information provided will be accurate or complete.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Brenes Agency, Inc, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of this site or our training, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Brenes Agency, Inc and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

15. You Are Responsible for Your Own Decisions

The Brenes Agency, Inc is not responsible for your actions. You are solely responsible for your own business decisions, and your evaluation and use of our products and services should be based on your own due diligence.

16. Governing Law and Venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

17. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
